প্রায় ২ সপ্তাহ ব্যবধানে করোনা সংক্রমণ প্রায় অর্ধেকে নেমে এসেছে। মৃত্যুর সংখ্যা কমলেও সেটা এখনো অর্ধশতাধিক। গত ২৮ ঘন্টায় মারা গেছে আরো ৫৭জন, নতুন সংক্রমণ হয়ে ২১৭৭জন. সবশেষ ৪০০০এর বেশি রোগী শনাক্ত হয়েছিল ২০ই এপ্রিল। আর এই ১০ দিনে ১০০ এর বেশি মানুষের মৃত্যু হয়েছে। এই অবস্থায় হাসপাতালে রোগীর চাপ কমেছে। সাধারণ বেড ফাকা থাকলেও ফাকা নেই আইছিও বেড। অন্যদিকে অক্সিজেনের সঙ্কট চরমে। রোগীদের অক্সিজেন চাহিদা পূরন করতে ব্যবহার করা হচ্ছে শিল্পকারখানার তরল অক্সিজেন। এমন সঙ্কট অবস্থা থেকে উত্তরণের জন্য আমাদের সবাইকে অবশ্যই স্বাস্থ্যবিধি মেনে চলাচল করতে হবে।
